Le voilier Outlaw 23 Milne est un monocoque habitable de croisière, construit par le chantier Sail Craft of Canada en Canada. Ce voilier Quille relevable, gréé en Sloop fractionné, réalisé par l'architecte naval Peter Milne, mesure 6.80 m de long avec un tirant d'eau maximum de 0.91 m. La production a démarré en 1962.
