Hurricane 19

Le voilier Hurricane 19 est construit par Kaargard Boat & Engine en États-Unis. Ce monocoque, gréé en Sloop fractionné, réalisé par l'architecte naval Phillip Rhodes, mesure 5.79 m de long avec un tirant d'eau maximum de 1.37 m. La production a démarré en 1947.

Présentation

A development of the RHODES 18, the HURRICANE fleet was established on Long Island Sound (USA) in the late 1940's. There were actually keel and centerboard versions.
Re-designed for fiberglass with cuddy added in the late 1950's, it became the RHODES 19.
